It's official! The Mauna Kea Beach Hotel has re-opened its beautifully remodeled doors (and rooms, and restaurants, and spa, and golf clubhouse...)
The Grand Opening weekend (March 21 - 23, 2009) was an incredible gathering of dedicated Mauna Kea loyalists, proud homeowners, proud resort owners and the employees that make the Mauna Kea experience so warm and friendly. New hotel G.M. Jon Gersonde showed his sense of kuleana and price to be at the helm of what is re-emerging as Hawaii's #1 resort destination. Cecilio and Kapono were among an incredible list of performers adding to the celebration.
